Our resident hawk plays a vital role in keeping the building safe and clean. Gulls can become highly defensive during nesting season, creating safety risks for anyone who needs to access or work on the roof. In addition, both gulls and pigeons can leave significant amounts of droppings, which can quickly accumulate and create health and hygiene hazards.

To help prevent these issues, our trained hawk visits the building twice a week. Its regular presence naturally discourages gulls and pigeons from settling on the roof, providing a safe, humane, and environmentally friendly way to manage bird activity.

We also host a pop-up event once a year in the building, delivered by London Falconry, where tenants can meet the hawks up close and learn more about these incredible birds.
